Receptionist

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk experience. This role supports administrative operations and contributes to a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly
- Maintain a tidy and well-stocked reception area
- Assist in Court rental schedule
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Provide basic information to clients and staff via phone or email
- Monitor visitor access
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and etc.
- Assist other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
