DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees and executes of day-to-day production activities with adherence to daily production schedules and reinforce compliance of production personnel to all standard operating procedures and company rules and regulations.
  • Organizes and delegates different workloads by assigning responsibilities to subordinates and preparing daily schedules.
  • Develops and implements improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Reviews and prepares revisions on various procedures, guidelines and work instructions related to Production

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Engineering, Sciences or any related course
  • At least two (2) years related work experience in Production Supervision and Production management gained from manufacturing firms
  • Proficient in MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programs e.g., SAP, INFORLN, etc., Leadership Skills, Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement Skills, Interpersonal and Communication Skills

Applicants must be willing to work in Dayap Calauan, Laguna

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
