We are a venture-backed, remote-first ed-tech startup on a mission to make learning fun for every child in the world. We're growing fast and are looking for a systems-level thinker to own the quality and effectiveness of our curriculum.

The Role

This is not just a content creation role. You are the Architect of our curriculum for Primary 1-6.

You are a data-driven product owner who will spend your time analyzing student performance, designing curriculum roadmaps, and managing a team of part-time Content Developers who will execute your vision. You own the "why" and "what" of our curriculum, and you are 100% responsible for the student outcomes in your subject.

What You'll Do

  • Own the System: Manage the end-to-end curriculum pipeline for your subject, ensuring your team of Content Developers maintains a 4-week production buffer.
  • Analyze Performance: Be the expert on your subject's data. You will live in our dashboards, analyze homework scores, and use student feedback to identify exactly what's working and what isn't.
  • Design the "Briefs": Create clear, data-backed briefs, templates, and "blueprints" for our part-time Content Developers to execute.
  • Manage & Coach: Liaise and work with a squad of part-time Content Developers. Your primary goal is to make them successful through clear briefs and objective, scorecard-based feedback.
  • Be the Quality Bar: Review and approve all work from your Content Developers. You will be measured on your ability to coach them to produce "first-pass ready" work that is error-free and highly engaging.

Who You Are

  • An Analyst: You are a systems-thinker who loves data. You're an expert in Excel or Google Sheets and are comfortable forming a hypothesis from a dashboard.
  • An Instructional Designer: You have 3+ years of experience in curriculum design, instructional design, ed-tech product management, or e-learning. You have a deep understanding of how people learn and can apply it.
  • A Manager & Enabler: You get more satisfaction from building a system and coaching others than from doing all the work yourself.
  • A Subject Matter Expert: You are a master of Primary 1-Primary 6 Math/Science. (A formal teaching license is not required, but you will be asked to complete a P6 assessment quiz).
  • A Proactive Owner: You are a highly organized, self-managed professional who communicates blockers early and takes full ownership of your outcomes.
