About the role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Nidec Motor Philippines Corporation, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer support and delivering a seamless experience for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Provides customers with accurate and timely information for their inquiries received either phone, chat and or email support
  • Answer customer inquiries on products, order status and the like.
  • Process orders in the system as needed
  • Other ad hoc projects or related tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome
  • 1-2 years experience in Customer Service. Call center industry is advantage
  • Excellent in oral and written English communication skills
  • Amenable to work on graveyard shift. Hybrid Work Setup: 3 days onsite work, 2 days work from home.
