JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role is an essential part of the Customer Service and Admin Support Journey, playing a crucial role in the Customer Fulfillment Cycle.

The Client Support Specialist provides high-quality frontline support and enhances the customer experience for Bridge Access client partners while ensuring timely posting of remittances from affiliated companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long – lasting relationships with customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly program reviews with assigned clients and partners to identify key problems that inhibit the growth of the program revenue, and opportunities that will fuel revenue growth.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and refer to sales team and cooperate with the sales team for upsells.
  • Communicate the new products, features and operational improvements delivered at Access to clients, demo them and assure them to deploy these comfortably.
  • Hand-hold and guide the new clients and partners to assure a smooth experience in Payday and Access, from contract signature till the program is live with all functionality on their contract.
  • This role is involves managing client and partner relationships to achieve revenue targets from the clients.
  • Manage the support and activities of all clients and partners including the Access and Payday team who handles these activities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to client partners through phone calls, emails, messaging apps, and social media channels.
  • Ensure that all unit transactions comply with Bridge Access policies and procedures by following approved processes.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects related to account reconciliation and remittance postings.
  • Coordinate with lenders, investment partners, and other departments within Bridge Access for smooth operations.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
