  • Design and configure workflows, forms, and automation using ReadiNow's low-code tools to support business processes.
  • Translate business needs into system features and conduct testing to ensure quality and usability.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations, workflows, change logs, and user guides.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support risk and compliance reporting, ensuring data accuracy and collaborating with stakeholders to improve reporting quality and relevance.
  • Provide training and first-level support to users, acting as the main contact for GRC system-related queries.
  • Work closely with risk, compliance, IT, and business teams to understand needs, share system updates, and ensure the GRC system continues to support business objectives effectively.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions in the GRC system, ensuring compliance with internal controls and segregation of duties.
  • Monitor system performance and work directly with the vendor, ReadiNow, to resolve any functional or configuration issues.
  • Perform regular system checks and collect user feedback to support continuous improvement of the GRC platform.
  • Support system upgrades and enhancements, working closely with ReadiNow to ensure alignment with governance and compliance standards.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or any related field
  • With 1-3 years of experience in business application support or functional system administration (e.g. GRC, ERP, CRM, HRIS platforms)
  • Experience with the ReadiNow GRC platform, an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or programming is desirable but not essential
  • Open to a fixed-term role with a duration of 18 months
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
