Responsibilities:

  • Transport IT-related documents, tools, and equipment between offices, data centers, and external partners, ensuring secure and careful handling.
  • Support the IT team in setting up, relocating, or organizing computers, network devices, and cables as needed.
  • Assist in checking and reporting issues related to auxiliary systems such as air conditioning units, UPS, and power generators.
  • Perform basic office upkeep such as organizing workstations, moving office furniture or equipment, and assisting with general cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Perform official errands such as submitting documents, picking up equipment, or coordinating with external service providers.
  • Follow safety procedures when handling equipment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with IT-related materials.
  • Log completed deliveries, errands, and support activities to ensure proper tracking and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate 2.
  • With experience as a messenger, utility, or support staff
  • Preferably with exposure to IT or data center environments.
  • Physically fit and able to handle equipment or perform manual tasks.
  • Capable of lifting, organizing, and assisting in equipment setup.
  • Trustworthy, organized, and able to follow instructions.
  • Can work independently and maintains confidentiality.
