For Accounting Department

  1. Delivers and handles packages and/ or documents with care and in a timely manner, to persons whom or areas where they are required

  2. plans and follows the most efficient routes for collection

  3. sorts items to be delivered according to delivery route/s

  4. Performs bank errands and utilities payment

  5. Obtains/Collects current and past due accounts receivables from clients/costumers and issues corresponding official receipts

  6. Remits all collections promptly and fully documented

  7. Reports any change in account status, records and whereabouts of the clients /customers

(business ocular checking or change of employee representative)

  1. Ensure that check details are complete and accurate

  2. Record information, such as items received and delivered, and recipients' responses to messages, if any

  3. Assists Accounting employees in the office

a. performs general office and clerical work such as filling materials, operating duplicating machines, or running errands.

  1. Performs other functions that may be assigned or requested, from time to time

  2. Preferably with Motorcycle
