Job Title : Utility Messenger (Part Time - 3x a week onsite)

Department : Administration

Directly Reports to : Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Run general errands, such as but not limited to, bills payment, bank transactions, pick up and/or deliver documents.
  • Can handle basic maintenance, and minor repairs
  • Responsible for HR and Admin concerns such as office supplies control
  • Responsible for cleaning and maintaining orderliness of company premises and equipment.
  • Responsible for the processing of documents needed for licenses
  • Perform general office or clerical work such as filing of documents and updating of company's books of accounts
  • Ensures confidentiality and has a high level of integrity in keeping sensitive and confidential information
  • Ensures that he/she understands the instructions of his/her immediate superior before doing the assigned task
  • Ensures that all instructions and documents are complete before leaving the office
  • Onsite 3x week
  • Performs related duties as required

Educational Requirements:

  • At least High School/ Senior High School Graduate/ Vocational Certificate

Qualifications / Skills and Knowledge Requirements

  • With at least 1 year work experience as Company Messenger / Liaison Officer
  • Established connections with different government agencies is a plus
  • Possess strict commitment to deliver documents without viewing or revealing any of the information unless necessary or told to do so
  • Transact on behalf of the company in a professional manner
  • Hardworking, honest and trustworthy
  • Must be willing to work in Makati
