Human Resource Specialist

The Human Resource and Admin Specialist plays a critical role in managing HR operations and administrative functions to support the fast-paced environment of One Call Solutions. This role ensures smooth workforce management, compliance with labor laws, and effective employee engagement to maintain productivity and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles (agents, team leaders, support staff).
Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
2. Employee Relations:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and recognition programs.
Mediate conflicts and support disciplinary processes in line with company policies.
3. Performance Management:
Assist in implementing appraisal systems and KPI tracking.
Support managers in coaching and performance improvement plans.
Maintain accurate employee records and reports.
4. Administrative Support:
Oversee office administration including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Prepare HR reports, payroll support, and documentation.
5. Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
Update HR manuals and communicate policy changes effectively.
Handle the processing, renewal, and monitoring of business permits and licenses with local government units (LGUs) and regulatory agencies.
Maintain updated records of permits, certifications, and compliance documents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in the BPO industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office applications.
