We're Hiring: Sales Trainer

Location: Ortigas

Schedule: Graveyard Shift

Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for a Sales Trainer with a passion for developing top-performing sales teams in a BPO or call center environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar training role within a BPO or call center

Proven success in outbound sales

Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer retention strategies

Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver effective training programs for outbound sales teams
  • Coach and mentor agents to improve sales performance and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and performance gaps
  • Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly
