Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Founding Partner — a growth-driven professional passionate about building client relationships, driving revenue, and shaping the future of AI-driven design services.

As a founding partner, you will spearhead Krafzen's client acquisition and growth efforts, focusing on outreach, lead generation, and deal closures within engineering, architecture, and construction sectors. You will have the freedom to design your own outreach strategy, work flexible hours (PST preferred), and enjoy uncapped commission-based earnings

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients for Krafzen's CAD, BIM, and AI design services.

Identify potential leads through networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and referrals.

Conduct sales presentations, demos, and discovery calls with clients globally.

Build long-term partnerships with design firms, contractors, and engineering consultancies.

Collaborate with leadership to refine pitch materials and growth strategies.

Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities and ensure smooth client handoffs to the delivery team.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in engineering, CAD/BIM, architecture, or SaaS).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor.

Ability to operate flexibly across time zones (PST preferred).

Entrepreneurial mindset — ready to grow with the company and help shape its global footprint.

Compensation

Commission-Based Role – Uncapped earning potential (up to USD $80,000+ annually based on performance).

No fixed salary — you earn a generous percentage from every deal you close.

1099 Independent Contractor Agreement – work on your own terms and schedule.
