Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality workmanship.
  • Monitor all construction activities and ensure alignment with schedules and project timelines.
  • Evaluate and recommend contractor billings, job orders, and project documents for approval.
  • Prepare and submit essential reports:

Weekly Accomplishment/Progress Reports

Bi-weekly Contractor Billings

Site-Initiated Job Orders

  • Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures across all engineering works.
  • Conduct site meetings with contractors and resolve issues promptly.
  • Review project plans, BOQs, and materials prior to site execution.
  • Supervise, manage, and evaluate field staff performance and productivity.
  • Oversee and support the homeowner move-in process per company guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • PRC License – Registered Civil Engineer (REQUIRED)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site/project engineering (preferably in housing or real estate development)
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficient in project reporting, technical documentation, and construction quality control

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
