We're not looking for someone to sit quietly and process forms.
We're looking for a Recruitment Verification Specialist who's detail-obsessed, curious by nature, and confident in chasing down the truth.
You'll join a 20-person recruitment team supporting clients across Australia, the US, and the UK - helping us make confident, informed hiring decisions.

What You'll Do

You'll be the kind of person who:
  • Run reference checks with previous employers and verify work history
  • Conduct social media checks for professionalism and compliance
  • Verify government records (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) for employment history
  • Confirm educational attainment through direct institution checks
  • Facilitate criminal record checks in line with legal requirements
  • Keep every verification neatly documented and audit-ready
  • Support the recruitment team with ad-hoc admin tasks when needed
Requirements

What You Bring 
We're looking for someone with:

  • At least 2 years' experience in recruitment admin, coordination, HR, or background checking
  • Clear, confident communicator - on calls and in writing
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive info
  • Discreet and professional in dealing with confidential information
  • Bonus points if you've worked in an RPO or agency recruitment team
