We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and delivering a positive experience through calls, emails, chat, or in-person interactions.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases as required.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments when necessary.
• Meet performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
• Follow company guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening and empathy.

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma | Senior high school | College undergraduate or graduate .
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts (if required).
