About the role

Mediko Kapitolyo Multi-Specialty and Diagnostic Clinic is seeking a skilled and dedicated Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. This is a full-time role based in Antipolo City, Rizal. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical laboratory services to our patients.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing venipuncture and capillary blood draws with a high level of technical skill and care
  • Accurately labelling and processing collected specimens
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Communicating effectively with patients to explain procedures and address any concerns
  • Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and protocols
  • Providing excellent customer service and a positive patient experience
  • Collaborating with the medical team to support overall patient care

What we're looking for

  • Completion of a Phlebotomy Technician program or equivalent training
  • Excellent venipuncture skills and the ability to work
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow protocols and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring, compassionate, and professional attitude
  • Proficiency in using medical laboratory equipment and technologies
  • Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician is preferred
