About the role

Join CBTW' as an Associate Technical Consultant and be part of a dynamic team delivering cutting-edge IT solutions. In this full-time, on-site role based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will provide technical expertise and support to clients, driving the successful implementation and adoption of innovative technology.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design tailored IT solutions
  2. Conduct technical assessments, gather business requirements, and document project specifications
  3. Configure and test new systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
  4. Provide end-user training and support, ensuring a seamless transition to new technologies
  5. Continually research and recommend innovative technologies to enhance client operations
  6. Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, and knowledge-sharing resources
  7. Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and reports for client presentations

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. 1-3 years of experience in a technical consulting or IT support role
  3. Development experience with Java and SQL programming languages
  4. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software systems
  5. Strong understanding of cloud technologies, networking, and database concepts
  6. Intermediate level proficiency in SQL for database operations and queries
  7. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed
  9. A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  10. Previous experience in financial solutions or banking industry would be advantageous
