YOUR DAILY TASKS

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate and submit hourly attendance reports from Wise (internal timekeeping system)
  • Prepare custom scorecards for attendance, performance, and culture metrics per campaign
  • Prepare and submit weekly ad hoc reports
  • Support the maintenance of other operational reports and dashboards as needed

Ticketing & Attendance Management

  • Process attendance investigation tickets through the internal database
  • Allocate tickets and ensure timely resolution and follow-through

Scheduling & Communication

  • Monitor the Operations inbox and escalate or respond to inquiries appropriately
  • Distribute and update staff schedules, including adjustments for Daylight Saving Time
  • Create and manage calendar invites for meetings, training sessions, and other events

What You'll Bring (Skills & Experience)

  • 1-2 required years of experience in operations or administrative support, with knowledge of discipline and performance management processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, comprehension, and collaboration skills; able to work both independently and in a team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Able to perform well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt in fast-paced environments

Work Location & Schedule

  • Willing to work onsite at MDC, Eastwood (Quezon City), with flexibility to report to BGC if needed
  • Amenable to night shift schedules
