Job Title: Machine Operator / Assembler

Location: Laguna Technopark (Sta. Rosa, Laguna)

Naghahanap kami ng maaasahan at masinop na Machine Operators/Assemblers upang maging bahagi ng aming production team. Sa trabahong ito, ikaw ay magpapatakbo ng mga makina at mag-aasemble ng mga bahagi ayon sa mga tagubilin at alituntunin sa kaligtasan. Magbibigay kami ng pagsasanay kung kinakailangan.

May libreng shuttle service mula sa mga sumusunod na lugar: Alabang, Muntinlupa; Carmona, Cavite; Biñan, Laguna; Silang, Cavite

Pangunahing Mga Tungkulin:

  • Pagpapatakbo ng Makina: Mag-set up, magpatakbo, at magbantay ng mga makina upang masigurong maayos ang takbo ng produksyon. Ayusin ang settings ng makina kung kinakailangan.
  • Pag-aasemble ng Bahagi: Maingat na buuin ang mga bahagi ng produkto gamit ang kamay o kagamitan base sa tagubilin o diagram.
  • Pagtiyak sa Kalidad: Regular na mag-inspeksyon ng mga bahagi o produkto upang matiyak ang kalidad at iulat kaagad ang anumang depekto.
  • Kaligtasan sa Trabaho: Laging sundin ang mga panuntunan sa kaligtasan at magsuot ng tamang PPE. I-report agad ang anumang panganib o insidente.
  • Paglilinis at Pagpapanatili: Panatilihing malinis at maayos ang lugar ng trabaho. Tumulong sa simpleng maintenance ng makina kung kinakailangan.
  • Dokumentasyon: Punan nang maayos ang mga ulat o logbook na may kinalaman sa produksyon.
  • Pakikipagtulungan: Makipagtrabaho nang maayos sa mga kasamahan at supervisor para sa maayos na daloy ng produksyon.

Mga Kwalipikasyon:

  • May high school diploma o katumbas nito
  • Marunong sumunod sa mga tagubilin at may atensyon sa detalye
  • May magandang paningin (natural o may salamin) para sa inspeksyon at precision work
  • Mas mainam na may karanasan sa pag-ooperate ng makina o paggawa sa pabrika, ngunit bukas sa mga baguhan
  • Pisikal na kayang tumayo, yumuko, at magbuhat ng hanggang [xx] kg kung kinakailangan
  • Marunong makipagtulungan at may magandang pag-uugali sa trabaho
  • Maayos sa oras, responsable, at may malasakit sa kalidad ng trabaho
