Responsible for operating and maintaining the flute lamination machine to ensure accurate bonding of printed sheets to corrugated boards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate the flute laminator machine based on job specifications.
  • Ensure correct alignment and bonding of printed sheets to A, B, and C flute corrugated sheets.
  • Monitor glue application, pressure, and machine speed to achieve high-quality output.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or vocational course in a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience operating a flute lamination machine in a paper or packaging company.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in handling A, B, and C flute corrugated boards.
  • Basic mechanical skills and understanding of lamination processes.
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday, with possibility of overtime
