About the role

We are seeking a skilled Modular Cabinet Installer and Machine Operator to join our company. As a Modular Cabinet Installer and Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing processes to transform raw materials into high-quality modular cabinets. This full-time position is based in our Santa Rosa City Laguna facility, where you will be an integral part of our growing operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Operate panel saw cutter to cut materials to precise specifications
  2. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality
  3. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with cutting equipment
  4. Collaborate with the production team to coordinate workflow and ensure timely completion of orders
  5. Act as a modular cabinet builder and installer from time to time
  6. Maintain detailed records of production data and machine operations
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Modular Cabinet Installer and Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role
  2. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  3. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the production team
  6. Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
