This role is for someone who can own execution inside ad platforms, translate a clear business vision into working campaigns, and continuously optimise performance.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist with hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong focus on retargeting and conversion optimisation.

You will be responsible for building, managing, and improving ad campaigns that support our lead generation and retargeting funnels. Strategy direction will be provided, but you must have the technical depth to execute independently and make intelligent optimisation decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), with a strong focus on retargeting
  • Support Google Ads campaigns, including pixel tracking and audience building
  • Install, verify, and manage Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager
  • Build and manage custom audiences and retargeting windows
  • Create and test ad creatives using Canva (copy, visuals, variations)
  • Monitor daily performance and make optimisation decisions
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences
  • Produce weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Flag issues, opportunities, and improvements proactively

What Success Looks Like

  • Retargeting campaigns consistently running and optimised
  • Clear attribution and tracking across platforms
  • Improving CTR, CPC, and cost per lead over time
  • Clean, structured ad accounts with documented processes
  • You require minimal technical oversight once onboarded

Required Experience

  • Proven experience running Meta Ads for lead generation and retargeting
  • Solid understanding of Google Ads fundamentals
  • Experience with Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Comfortable working with custom audiences and retargeting funnels
  • Strong understanding of ad metrics and optimisation levers
  • Ability to execute independently with clear direction

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience in B2B services
  • Experience with staffing, or outsourcing niches
  • Basic understanding of landing page conversion optimisation
  • Experience working with Australian businesses

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
