Senior Channel Development Manager

We are looking for a Senior Channel Development Manager who will lead our distributor operations across assigned areas and drive volume, value, and market expansion. This role is ideal for someone experienced in distributor management within the fast moving consumer goods industry and who can lead teams, develop strong channel strategies, and execute growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly and annual sales volume and value targets for STD and STT
• Drive sales growth through effective strategies and continuous performance improvement
• Develop and implement GTM strategies for focus products
• Expand market reach by identifying new channels and geographic opportunities
• Ensure on shelf availability and consistent execution of must have activities
• Manage distributor accounts and develop channel centric programs per ADP
• Provide excellent customer service including a 24 hour turnaround for distributor concerns
• Build the business through brand penetration and merchandising objectives
• Execute range selling programs and ensure store displays meet requirements
• Oversee report submissions and ensure proper cadence and follow through
• Lead and develop team members through coaching, KPI tracking, and performance improvement plans
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, supply chain, and other teams for aligned execution
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure timely liquidation of distributor claims
• Implement a standard claims process and ensure complete monthly submissions
Qualifications
• College graduate of any four year course
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of distributor management experience
• FMCG industry experience is preferred
• A minimum of 5-7 years of team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of distributor operations, account management, and product handling
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work field based with regular travel
• Professional driver's license
