Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute territory strategies and business-building programs aligned to regional strategy; lead Distributor Management Business Reviews, Operations Meetings, and DSP Meetings.
Co-develop the distributor cycle business plan with the Distributor Development Manager (DDM) and Distributor Operations Manager (OM), including weekly KPI planning and performance management.
Build distributor capability by training distributor sales personnel on core selling and execution skills to achieve business objectives.
Own distributor onboarding and management for GCash Pera Outlet (GPO) and MSME Acquisition: present the business model, manage and validate onboarding requirements, coordinate document review, enable GPO portal credentialing, and assign unique alphanumeric sales codes.
Act as day-to-day liaison to manage distributor performance, resolve operational issues promptly, and ensure alignment to distribution KPIs and processes.
Supervise weekly reporting (account pipeline, technical issues, consolidated account profiles, AM performance tracking) and monthly performance reviews including year-end analysis.
Achieve assigned targets for sales and distribution; ensure cadence of performance reporting and corrective action planning.
Customer metrics: InternalOnboarding, 4x Active, and GTV; External—Distributor profitability.
Financial contribution: Indirect revenues from GPO cash-ins and per-transaction revenues for other use cases.
Reports to the Regional Sales Head; immediate superior: Area Channel Distribution Manager.
Collaborates with internal peers (Channel Distribution Managers, Account Managers) and distributor-side stakeholders (Distributor Owner, Distributor OM, Distributor Sales Supervisor, DSPs, clerks, encoders).
Bachelor's degree.
3–5 years of experience in General Trade sales with solid P&L understanding.
Willingness to do heavy field work; exceptional presentation, influencing, organization, and communication skills.
Depth of industry knowledge and network; abreast of relevant trends and customer operations.
Breadth of client understanding; able to match customer needs to product offerings.
Performance-driven ownership; assertive and persistent in resolving issues to achieve results.
- Managing profitability trade-offs and negotiating win–win solutions with distributor owners while sustaining KPI delivery and operational discipline.
