We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Crushing Plant Operations Supervisor to join our team in Sisiman, Bataan.

Job Summary:

The Crushing Plant Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our crushing plant, ensuring efficient and safe production of aggregates. This role involves managing plant personnel, coordinating with maintenance teams, and optimizing production processes to meet company standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the crushing plant operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Schedule and coordinate daily production activities to achieve production targets.
  • Monitor plant performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Train and manage plant personnel, promoting a culture of safety and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement and monitor plant improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mining engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in crushing plant operations or a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of crushing plant equipment and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
