JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ✨Oversee and manage all activities of the Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. ✨Monitor and ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements from BIR, PSA, the Insurance Commission, and PEZA. ✨Prepare business activity reports, financial forecasts, annual budgets, and variance analyses for management review. ✨Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and payroll entries. ✨Review and validate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
