We're looking for an
Accounting Associate
to help in our day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working with numbers, this role is for you

What You'll Do:

1. Journal & Bookkeeping Functions

  • Record monthly accruals of expenses and amortization of prepaid expenses.
  • Post monthly depreciation of fixed assets and prepare supporting schedules as basis for entries.
  • Review and record Journal Vouchers (JVs) and Check Vouchers (CVs), ensuring all supporting documents are validated (e.g., RFFs, Employee CAs, and Liquidation Reports).
  • Prepare and file physical copies of Journals, Check, and Cash Receipts Vouchers with complete and validated attachments.

2. Compliance & Reporting

  • Prepare Form 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source) for suppliers and vendors.
  • Encode corresponding entries in QuickBooks (QB).
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation for BPI and Landbank accounts.
  • Conduct monthly analysis and monitoring of General Ledger (GL) accounts including Advances, Accrued Expenses, and AR–Employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • With understanding of tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.
