Job Summary:

The Accounting Associate is responsible for performing day-to-day accounting and financial reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and filing of BIR Reports of Client.
  • Maintain a Personal Checklist of all BIR Filings assigned.
  • Ensuring that all BIR Returns/Filings shall be uploaded in OneDrive.
  • Handle Clients' Complaints/Inquiries.
  • Checking of Reports within the SP-Accounting Department Projects..
  • Compliance to all other Company Policies & Procedures.
  • Preparation of Financial Statements.
  • Preparation of Income Tax Return.
  • Tax Audit / Tax Cases.
  • In-charge of Special Projects related to the Accounting Department.
  • Ensuring the Payment is on time to avoid penalties.
  • Prepare and Update of Manual of Procedures.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
