JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting

With 2 years' experience financial services, investment administration, or back-office

operations

Knowledgeable in mutual funds, investment policy guidelines, asset allocation, and

rebalancing methodologies

Experience in financial industry processes, including plan types, tax rules, and

transaction types

Amendable to work in nightshift schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor investment activity to ensure accurate data is collected for tax reporting

Regularly evaluate the performance of all investment

Ensure that all necessary data for tax reporting including interest, dividends, and

capital gains or losses is accurately tracked and provided to the accounting department

Report changes to asset allocation targets to the Investment Committee

Monitor investment activity to ensure accurate data is collected for tax reporting
