All-Star Crew: Cashier, Barista, & Pasalubong Specialist

We're looking for a highly versatile and energetic team player to master every station. This is a multi-role position for someone who thrives on variety, hustle, and promoting the best of our local products.

Your Mission (What You'll Do)

  • Front-of-House & Cashier: Be the friendly face of the pasalubong and cafe Accurately take customer orders, process all cash and card transactions using the POS system, and ensure your register balances perfectly every day.
  • Barista: Master the art of the perfect brew. Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, specialty beverages, and teas while maintaining a spotless coffee bar and equipment.
  • Pasalubong & Retail Specialist:
  • Promote Local Products: Enthusiastically share the story and origins of our local pasalubong (souvenirs/delicacies) and retail merchandise with customers.
  • Sales & Merchandising: Proactively recommend and upsell pasalubong items, assist customers with selection, and ensure displays are always attractive, well-stocked, and organized.
  • Kitchen Support: Jump in to assist the kitchen with basic food assembly, plating, and prepping ingredients. Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
  • All-Around Support: Execute opening and closing checklists, restock inventory across all stations, clean all areas of the cafe (front and back), and work efficiently to deliver seamless service during busy days.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Previous experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 yrs old.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Must be friendly, approachable, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong Math Skills: Ability to accurately handle cash, make change, and perform basic inventory counts.
  • Multitasking & Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (e.g., taking an order while a drink is brewing and the line is growing).
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg (e.g., bags of coffee beans, boxes of supplies).
  • Flexibility: Must be willing to work various stations and shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php450.00 per day
