Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees during workplace incidents, injuries, or sudden illnesses.
  • Assess, monitor, and document employee health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and medical concerns.
  • Coordinate and assist in company-wide health programs such as annual physical exams, vaccinations, and wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain and update accurate medical records and reports in compliance with government requirements (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, ECC).
  • Manage and monitor the inventory of medicines, first-aid kits, and medical supplies.
  • Provide assistance to employees regarding HMO concerns, medical referrals, and government health benefits.
  • Evaluate, verify, and approve sick leave applications, particularly for short-term medical absences.

Administrative & HR Support

  • Schedule, organize, and coordinate health-related activities (medical check-ups, orientations, wellness campaigns).
  • Process, verify, and file medical reimbursements, billing statements, and other healthcare documents.
  • Liaise and coordinate with external partners such as HMOs, clinics, hospitals, and health service providers.
  • Support HR and Safety departments in implementing occupational health and safety policies and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in planning and executing company activities, trainings, and employee engagement events.
  • Ensure confidentiality, proper handling, and secure storage of employee medical and health-related records.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (valid PRC License required).
  • Preferably 3–5 years of clinical or occupational nursing experience.
  • Knowledge of DOLE Occupational Safety & Health Standards is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
