Job Description

The Company Nurse will play a key role in promoting employee health, safety, and well-being in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. The position involves providing basic medical care, supporting occupational health programs, and assisting in compliance with workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Medical & First Aid Care

  • Provide first aid treatment and basic medical assistance to employees.
  • Maintain medical clinic cleanliness, supplies, and equipment.
  • Monitor employees with minor injuries or health concerns and determine if further medical attention is needed.
  • Administer medications as allowed and maintain proper documentation.

Health Monitoring & Records

  • Conduct routine health assessments (BP monitoring, weight check, etc.).
  • Maintain updated records of employee health and medical incidents.
  • Monitor employees with existing health conditions as needed.

Occupational Health & Safety Support

  • Assist in implementing health and safety programs such as HIRAC, emergency response, and safety orientations.
  • Support compliance with DOLE, OSH, and company health regulations.
  • Participate in safety inspections and identify health-related risks in the production area.

Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare weekly and monthly health-related reports.
  • Assist HR and Admin in medical-related requirements such as pre-employment and annual physical exams.
  • Coordinate with accredited clinics and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Registered Nurse (preferred but newly board-passers and newly graduates are welcome).
  • Willing to work onsite at Golden Mile Business Park, Carmona, Cavite.
  • With strong sense of compassion, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of basic first aid, vital signs monitoring, and workplace health procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
