Business Development Assistant

1. Provide assistance to Business Development Manager on the day-to-day activities and work assignments.
2. Able to perform daily duties of Business Development Manager in his/her absence.
3. Responsible for routine office/warehouse tasks that other employees are too busy to handle and must be prepared to handle many tasks at once.
4. Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
5. Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
6. Provides quality service by following organization standards.
7. Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
8. Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
9. Completes reports by entering required information.
10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male/Female
- Graduate of any 4 year Marketing or Business related courses
- With minimum of 2 years work experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must be assertive with a strong personality and highly motivated
- Must have strong planning background with good organization skills
- Strong leadership qualities, tasks and results-oriented
- Excellent inpropose and execute research projects in line with business objectives
- Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Preferably a resident of Meycauayan or nearby towns
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
