Position Overview

We're looking for a Business Development Associate
who's passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and helping clients find the right outsourcing solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and confident in handling lead generation, outreach, and client acquisition through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
    to generate qualified leads.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound campaigns.
  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline — from initial contact to closing.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored outsourcing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation and follow-up campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Support the Head of Business Development in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in
    sales, business development, or lead generation
    (preferably in outsourcing, BPO, or virtual staffing).
  • Proven experience with
    cold calling and client outreach
    .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal).
  • Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads effectively.
  • Proficient with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (a plus).
