HR Intern (Makati & Bulacan)

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment and Preboarding Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and preboarding activities, giving you a solid foundation in HR operations and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Support in organizing recruitment events or job fairs

Preboarding Activities:

  • Coordinate with new hires for document collection and pre-employment requirements
  • Assist in sending out preboarding communications and reminders
  • Help ensure a smooth transition for new hires before Day 1

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records
  • Generate reports and trackers as needed
  • Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements of the role:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
  • Internship must be required by the academic institution (not voluntary)
  • School must be willing to sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
  • Must be able to complete a minimum of 500 internship hours
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Preferred candidates are based in or near Makati or Meycauayan
