Inviting applications for the role of [Process Developer], [Collections]
In this role you are responsible in Managing the collections portfolio for the country assigned. To work within an Accounts Receivable team and collect on due accounts.
Responsibilities
• To work within an Accounts Receivable team and collect on due accounts.
• Maintain excellent rapport with the accounts payable POC at client's customer organization ensuring timely payment of the invoices.
• Reconciling the statement of accounts sent by the customer's AP POC with the our SOA
• To maintain and improve on your portfolio of accounts, whilst dealing with onshore and offshore teams.
• Must be able to report on the state of your portfolio at any time (cash forecasting, disputes).
• Ability to understand how the business works, recognise disputes/issues, understand what is needed to resolve any issue, communicate the issue effectively to relevant departments and orchestrate the resolution.
• You will be one of the "go to" people within AR, for questions and issues.
• Take ownership of your ledger, work closely with clients and internal departments to deliver client satisfaction, whilst maximising revenue and minimising bad debt
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Excellent Communication (verbal and written) & Relationship building skills
• Confident Excel and reconciliation Skills
• Excellent dispute resolution skills
• Ability to prioritize
• Ability to explain and guide staff/clients through any issue
• Represent AR in client facing meetings or internal business meetings'
• With experience in B2B collections
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Experience in any ERP like SAP, Oracle etc. will be an added advantage.
