eClerx is looking for a results-driven Collection Specialist who knows how to balance professionalism with persistence. In this role, you'll handle customer accounts, negotiate payment solutions, and help drive positive outcomes—while delivering excellent customer experience every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage inbound and outbound collection calls
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account concerns
  • Maintain accurate and timely account documentation
  • Meet performance and quality targets
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Billing/Collections. Business-to-consumer (B2C )
  • SHS / College Level, but have at least 1 year of experience in collections
  • Strong communication skills
  • Amenable to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa
  • Can start ASAP
