An occupational therapy company for children is looking for a dedicated, self-motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant with excellent graphic design skills to join their dynamic and highly talented team.  The role would include creating resources for a target market of mothers & children. These resources would be used at home and in the school environment. 

Core Tasks

  • Creating multiple e-books
  • Creating online downloadable worksheets which are illustrated / designed to meet the paediatric market
  • Create flyers and posters according to company's branding specifications
  • Design and layout of newsletters 
  • Preparation of annual reports 
  • Preparation of certificates, personalised cards and other materials for children 
  • Web research, writing and curating content for 2 blog posts a week
  • General day-to-day assistance to the owner of the company
  • Other administrative and ad hoc tasks as may be delegated

Key Strengths and Skills

  • Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's Degree course preferred but not necessary
  • At least 3-4 years experience in a VA Design role
  • Proficient with creating beautiful graphic design work and ability to conceptualise designs based on company's branding / brief
  • Proven ability to complete illustrations & artwork on a given deadline
  • Exceptional web research and content writing skills
  • Experience and proven proficiency in the use of Photoshop and Indesign or similar programs
  • High attention to detail, initiative and resourceful
  • Ability to conceptualise designs based on company's branding
  • Keen to learn and contribute, flexible and committed to work
  • Ability to cultivate long term relationship with clients
