Responsibilities :
JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role will specialize in email and endpoint security, leveraging technology, techniques, and methods as they pertain to the discipline of cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance. The development and execution of cyber risk controls and management strategies to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Xerox systems.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Design, implement, and maintain email security and endpoint detection & response (EDR) systems, with a strong focus on safeguarding endpoints across on-premise infrastructure, cloud datacenters, and client devices.
  • Perform policy engineering, modeling, testing, and implementing secure configurations across asset types (endpoint, server, domain controllers) with right-sized, risk-based configurations.
  • Assess new releases, features, and functionalities for relevancy and impact on email security and endpoint detection & response platforms and operational procedures.
  • Assess and report the root cause of any operational issues as warranted, articulate remediation plans, and drive execution of plans to the betterment of cybersecurity operations.
  • Interact with cross functional team members to intake emerging cybersecurity requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Good understanding of endpoint security principles and enterprise deployment methodologies
  • Experience in managing secure configurations against established industry/company policies and standards, managing change through prescribed processes
  • Takes initiative and can test/apply theoretical principles to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing business requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Cybersecurity Certification is a plus
  • Takes initiative, works well independently and on a team.
  • Possesses good technical understanding and takes initiative to remain up to date with cybersecurity skills and fosters an attitude of continual learning/adapting.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
