Job Description

Responsible for planning, designing, and drafting detailed specifications to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior environments. Works independently or with architects/designers to maximize space utilization and meet client requirements within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to determine needs, budget, and design preferences.
  • Prepare design proposals, sketches, layouts, and cost estimates.
  • Select or design furniture, finishes, fabrics, and accessories.
  • Create mood boards, CAD drawings, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for materials and installations.
  • Supervise renovations, remodeling, and additions.
  • Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations.

Requirements

  • Male/Female, graduate of Fine Arts, Interior Design, Architecture, or related course.
  • 3–5 years CAD/Interior Design experience.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; 2D/3D skills an advantage.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and updated with design trends.
  • Willing to work in Merville, Parañaque.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
