The Marketing Officer assists in campaign execution, content development, market research, packaging updates, promotional activities, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and implementing marketing campaigns for domestic, export, and OEM clients.
  • Develop marketing materials such as product brochures, social media content, presentations, and promotional collateral.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, and R&D teams for product launches, packaging updates, or new product development initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights gathering to support strategic decisions.
  • Manage the company's digital assets (website content, social media pages, product photos, etc.).
  • Support trade events, client presentations, store visits, food expos, and sampling activities.
  • Maintain the marketing database, image library, product information sheets, and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and compliant branding across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or consumer brands).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
