We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist to lead and manage all marketing initiatives for our new coffee shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, developing promotional campaigns, and driving customer engagement both online and offline. This role requires strong marketing skills, an understanding of food and beverage industry trends, and the ability to execute effective strategies that increase foot traffic and sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Development & Strategy

  • Develop and maintain the coffee shop's brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines.
  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) including content planning, posting, and engagement.
  • Create visually appealing and brand-consistent content such as photos, videos, and promotional graphics.
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for results.
  • Oversee online reputation management, including responding to reviews and inquiries.

3. Promotions & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, loyalty programs, and special events.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to introduce new products and promotions.
  • Track campaign performance and provide detailed reports and recommendations.

4. Community Engagement & Partnerships

  • Build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations.
  • Coordinate local events, sponsorships, and collaborations to strengthen brand presence.
  • Represent the coffee shop at community activities when needed.

5. Content Creation & Collateral Management

  • Create marketing materials such as menus, posters, flyers, and in-store displays.
  • Ensure all materials are consistent with the brand and effectively communicate promotions.

6. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor marketing KPIs, sales trends, and customer feedback to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Provide regular analytics reports and propose data-driven improvements.
