Marketing Specialist (Food Industry)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our food-industry team. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and support product launches. This person will work closely with product development, sales, and operations, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) for food products — from ideation to execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity specific to the food sector.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, packaging) to coordinate new product launches, packaging design, and promotional activities.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts: social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content creation.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize ROI.
  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and retailers (e.g., trade partners, distributors) to support co-branded promotions and merchandising.
  • Coordinate events, trade shows, and product sampling or in-store activations.
  • Develop marketing collateral: brochures, packaging materials, point-of-sale displays, and digital assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the food, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of both digital marketing (social media, email, SEO, content) and traditional marketing approaches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to create compelling marketing content.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, CRM, social media analytics, etc.).
  • Project management skills — able to manage multiple campaigns or product lines simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating with sales teams, promotions, and external partners/vendors.
  • (Optional but preferred) Experience with event marketing, trade show coordination, or food product launches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
