Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree holder of Business Administration, Accounting or any related course
  • With at least 2-3 years minimum years of experience
  • Willing to travel for project site assignments

Job scope

  • Filing and retrieving of documents.
  • Handling the distribution of incoming correspondence and faxes.
  • Preparing requests for payment/liquidation for all expenses of travels, representation and outright office supplies.
  • Preparing requisition slip for all office supplies required by the Executive Services Office.
  • Making orders and inventory of consumable in the Pantry.
  • Performing other related tasks as assigned by the team leader.
  • Handling the billing of employees' communication lines and ensuring the bills are properly charged.
  • Requesting for processing of the Globe monthly bills.
  • Handling processing for the new communication (cellphone) lines request.
  • Screening all outgoing pouches accordingly.
  • Ensuring that all outgoing pouches be dispatched within a day and delivered on-time to site or addressee.
  • Monitoring the List of Mailing Enclosures (LME) are all completed and returned to the sender.
  • Preparing the courier transmittal for all outgoing pouches.
  • Making calls to the courier and follow up calls until the pouches has been picked up.
  • Preparing payments of the monthly statement billed from the courier.
  • Ensuring the proper charging of accounts.
