Job DescriptionCollaborate with operational departments to align financial strategy with operational goals. Participate in strategic decision-making through financial planning and analysis. Monitor and analyze financial performance of the company.

Provide financial insights to improve profitability and efficiency. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures. Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting. The Successful ApplicantA successful Finance Business Partner should have:A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience in banking industry
