
Sales Business Partner

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Admin Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial insight and analysis to support commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the commercial function
- Monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial and commercial objectives
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support the management of commercial activities
- Contribute to the implementation of financial controls and policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Proven track record of providing strategic financial insights and analysis to support commercial decision-making
- Excellent financial modelling and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Proficiency in using financial reporting and business intelligence tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with accounting standards, financial controls, and regulatory requirements
