Sales & Marketing Executive for Korean Market Brands

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in sales, marketing, or brand management, preferably with Korean products or in a distribution environment.
  • Strong understanding of Korean consumer trends, pop culture, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Able to travel for business meetings, trade shows, or supplier visits if required.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Korean brands in local and international markets
  • Develop and manage relationships with Korean suppliers, manufacturers, and brand principals.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Donpin Corporation and Korean brand principals.
  • Negotiate distribution agreements, pricing, and promotional terms to ensure mutual profitability.
