About the role
As a Business Development Manager at Equicom Solutions Inc', you will play a key role in driving the company's growth and expansion. In this full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs, and proposing tailored solutions that showcase Equicom Solutions Inc' expertise.
What you'll be doing
- Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within your designated territory or industry sector
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer pain points
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to effectively target and engage potential clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase Equicom Solutions Inc' capabilities and value proposition
- Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals that meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets
- Maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and proactively manage the sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and delivery, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the Sales industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-suite and senior-level executives
- Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Familiarity with the latest sales and marketing techniques, including digital and social media strategies
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a team environment
- Highly organised, with strong project management and time management skills
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
