Overall Role: Responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing all digital systems, websites, and analytics infrastructures under the Magnificat group. I serve as the primary technical backbone.

Core Responsibilities Across All Brands

1. Web Development & Maintenance

● Develop, manage, and update all MVC-affiliated websites.

● Ensure frontend and backend stability, code integrity, and responsive design.

● Regularly back up websites and manage hosting environments.

● Maintain and update MySQL/SQL databases for each project.

● Optimize website performance, load time, and server health.

● Troubleshoot and patch system or plugin issues promptly.

2. Security & System Integrity

● Secure all e-commerce platforms, databases, and online forms.

● Implement anti-spam measures, CAPTCHA systems, and firewall configurations.

● Monitor user activities and system logs for potential threats.

● Manage regular backups and restoration protocols.

3. Analytics, Ads, and Reports

● Manage Google Analytics: configure tracking codes, filters, and event goals.

● Generate and interpret reports on web performance and visitor data.

● Supervise Google Ads campaigns: tracking, optimization, and budgeting.

● Provide monthly data summaries for marketing and management review.

4. Technical & Administrative Tasks

● Coordinate directly with developers, designers, and marketing for updates.

● Conduct code audits, version control, and documentation of changes.

● Implement cross-domain tracking and QR scan analytics.

● Support general IT troubleshooting during events and internal use.

Skills and Tools

● Languages & Frameworks: PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SQL

● CMS Platforms: WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce

● Database Tools: phpMyAdmin, MySQL Workbench

● Security & Performance: Cloudflare, Wordfence, SSL Management, reCAPTCHA

● Analytics & Ads: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Ads

● Server & Hosting: cPanel, FTP/SFTP, DNS Management

Email & Domain: MX record configuration, domain linking, and email hosting setup.

● Version Control: Git/GitHub (optional but preferred)

Backup & Recovery: Website and SQL database cloning, restoration, and offsite storage

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • Internship or 0–2 years of work experience in web development is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in Taytay, Rizal
