The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications based on project requirements. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain high-quality full-stack applications based in project requirements
  • Conduct Peer Code Reviews and contribute to improving development standards
  • Take on User Stories to develop code that aligns with project specifications
  • Work with external teams to integrate solutions
  • Analyze and troubleshoot application issues ensuring optimal performance
  • Create and maintain documentation for all development activities
  • Follow SDLC process and participate in Agile/Scrum meetings

COMPETENCIES

Core Competencies

  • 7+ years of experience and understanding of complex information systems technology

  • 5+ years Front-End Development experience in React/Typescript

  • 3+ years Back-End Development in Java, Spring, and Rest Services
  • Proven experience working with a large-distributed team
  • 5-7 years of experience and proficiency in Spring Framework, Java 21, Rest/SOAP Services, React/Typescript, NodeJS. Experience developing Single page web applications for mobile is critical
  • 3 years extensive experience with Unit Testing frameworks and automated testing, including automated UX testing
  • Significant experience with applications deployed in Kubernetes (k8s) or OpenShift

Complementary Competencies

  • Strong team player; ability to facilitate, negotiate and work within a multi-domain team environment
  • Strong background in security best practices
  • Excellent communication skills for cross team collaborations
  • Good knowledge of Kubernetes

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
